Terms of Use

By using HINT you agree to these terms.
Who can join
- HINT is only for people aged 18 and over.
- You join with an invitation from a member or through a door application approved by the club team. Invite codes are single-use.
Your profile
- You use your own real information and photos of yourself. Impersonating someone else is prohibited.
- If you moved your location by hand (travel mode), your profile clearly shows it.
Club rules
- Respect: harassment, threats, hate speech, unwanted sexual content and asking for money are prohibited.
- Consent: real photos and photo sending open only when you both break the seal.
- Secrecy: saving or sharing other members' photos and chats is prohibited.
- Patience: no phone numbers or social media accounts until the seal is broken.
- Honesty: knowingly filing a false report is against the rules.
Moderation and sanctions
- The club team reviews reports by hearing both sides. Decisions: not enough evidence, a warning, or a ban.
- A member who receives three warnings loses their membership. Serious violations can lead to closure without warning.
- Whoever invited a member banned for breaking the rules loses one invite key.
- When someone reports "I didn't feel safe on the date", the two members can no longer see each other; this is a protective measure, not a penalty.
Dating safety
- Meet in busy public places at first and tell someone you trust where you are.
- If you feel in danger, call 112. The club team does not judge incidents and is no substitute for the authorities.
- HINT does not run background checks and cannot guarantee anyone's behaviour.
Paid features
HINT's core features are free. HINT Plus and club-night tickets, if offered in the future, are sold under separate terms; consent, safety and visibility are never for sale.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete my account). A deleted account cannot be restored.
Liability
HINT is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from interactions or meetings between members. [To be confirmed with a lawyer.]
Changes and governing law
We announce changes to these terms in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions: destek@raumlogic.com
